General Corporate
We advise clients on business formation; employment, compensation and benefits; privacy, cybersecurity, data protection and compliance; and dispute resolution. Outside GC
We regularly act as outside (or "fractional") general counsel to our clients. In this capacity, in addition to advising our clients on transactions, financings and contracts, we also advice boards, executives and other employees on strategy, governance, risk management, dispute resolution, compliance and policies. Additionally, upon request, we advise our clients on the selection and supervision of specialist legal counsel such as tax, intellectual property, litigation and real estate. In addition to hourly and fixed fee pricing, subscription-based pricing is available for long-term engagements.
